You have access to up to the minute stats regarding the number of exposures, click-thrus and ratios, and the average exposures per day for your banner advertisements. Your stats are password protected, so that only you may view them.

theLocalScene will only accept a limited number of advertisers so that each ad in equal rotation will receive approximately 1,000 exposures per month (this is not a guarantee).

To advertise on theLocalScene, you must either a) provide theLocalScene with a 440 pixels wide by 50 pixels high gif or jpeg image, not more than 10K in size or b) contract theLocalScene to design your banner ad based on graphics you provide.

You must also provide a valid URL to your company's website.

All advertisements must be prepaid.

Advertisements must conform to all currently legislated laws, regulations and ordinances on a federal level and on a state and local level for Dallas, Texas. theLocalScene supports FreeSpeech, but can only do so within the law.

theLocalScene reserves the right to refuse any advertisement from appearing on its pages or to remove any banner ad currently appearing on theLocalScene's pages if it is found to be in violation of any of the conditions listed above.
