UPDATE (11/06/99) - theLocalScene has had a server stolen (along with new database entries since 8/2/99), so please bear with us as we re-build. If you submitted database entries before 8/10/99, please be so kind as to re-submit them. Apologies for the delays in getting new listings into the database. theLocalScene has more than 1111 indie bands listed from 35 countries in the searchable database, almost 200 bands have On-line Band Fliers, more than 100 musician wanted classifieds, and more than 100 upcoming shows in the calendar. The database is growing by leaps and bounds, so please keep up the good work (and bear with us as we work through the huge number of additional listings and online flyers, thanks).
